Initial consultation is free
Lessons are in-person or online via Zoom
Lessons are a minimum of 2 hour long
Price: $70 per hour
Price reduced to $60/hr when purchasing 1o hours or more
Price reduced to $50/hr when purchasing 20 hours or more.
Consistency is everything: Typically one lesson per week with home exercises to ensure steady progress, more than one lesson per week if you’re interested in a more intensive training schedule.
In person Lessons take place in “Studio Stefan” on the third floor of the lower mill building
